At the heart of the Pays du Facteur Cheval, the Galaure river has created a unique landscape, where pebbles are everywhere: in the riverbed, on the paths and even in the walls of houses. These round, soft-to-the-touch pebbles are the result of a long natural process, the result of water working on the rock over thousands of years.
