Epinouze, a commune at the gateway to the Drôme, Isère and not far from the Ardèche, boasts a built heritage worth discovering: Factor Cheval's Palais Idéal is just one example (20min away). Local know-how is also top-notch, with factory outlets for brands such as Jars, Lafuma and Revol, as is gastronomy (AOC Saint Joseph, poire de la Valloire, ravioles...). There are also plenty of sports, leisure and family activities on offer: hiking, swimming (Lac de Champos), Via'Rhôna for cycling... Tain l'Hermitage, with its Val Rhôna chocolate town and hillside vineyards, is 35 minutes from the gîte, as is the Peaugres Safari.

Detached villa built in the 70s, set in 2500m² of wooded, unfenced grounds. Entrance hall, kitchen with access to a veranda, separate toilet, living room with dining area and sitting area, TV, shower room/WC (Italian shower, washbasins), three bedrooms: one with two single beds or a double bed (1x160 or 2x80), another with two single beds or a double bed (2x90 or 1x180) and the last with a double bed (1x140), office/library. Parking on the property. Single-glazed windows. The veranda has a dining area, deckchairs and a gas barbecue. Outside: garden furniture. Private washing machine in the garage, which can accommodate bikes and motorcycles but no cars. A cat lives on the property and has access to the garage. The owner comes to feed him.
