La Halte du facteur is a historic address in the now famous village of
of Hauterives (26). The postman Cheval is still as present there, his spirit permeates
his spirit permeates this establishment which has kept its authenticity. The new owners since the summer of 2021 offer this place a very pleasant and friendly family atmosphere. As for the cuisine, it is more of a bistro style. Fresh and local products are used to create original meals. In the summer, the planks are served on the terrace, while in the winter, the homemade verrines are served by the stove. The large shaded terrace offers a very pleasant and practical welcome, with a large car park that is particularly popular with motorcyclists who can keep an eye on their jewellery.
