Description
Because he could not be buried in his tomb, Ferdinand Cheval, 78, starts the achievement of a new tomb in the enclosure of the village’s cemetery : “The tomb of silence and endless rest”.
The Ideal Palace seems to be not only a hymn to life but also to the Death challenged by the Postman by building this work which will stay close to him for life.
